The Big Race
Pick your animal and race to the flag. A right answer moves you ahead, a wrong one slips back – first to the flag wins.
Lay the tablet flat between you
The child sits on one side, the grown-up on the other. In a duel the parent's half flips 180° automatically so you both read the right way up. In The Big Race you hold the screen sideways and watch the track together. Two players, one screen, no extra gear.

How old should the child be?
From around age 5 and up. The youngest practice addition up to 10, while grown-ups can take on big times tables and division – and still get an even duel. Rated 4+ on the App Store.
Does it cost anything?
No. Mathfort is free, with no in-app purchases and no ads.

No. Mathfort collects no data. Scores and settings are stored only on the device. See privacy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the game has loaded once, it works fully without a connection.
How many games are there?
Two: "Defend the castle" (stop the monsters before they reach the castle) and "The Big Race" (answer right and reach the flag first). Same math, two very different experiences.
What math topics are included?
You choose a category – plus, plus and minus, multiply, divide, multiply + divide, or everything – and an "up to" ceiling. The difficulty adapts to the child within what you choose.
Which animals can you pick in The Big Race?
Horse, camel, donkey, llama, ostrich and dog – each player picks their own animal before the race.
Do I need two devices?
No. Both play on the same screen – lay the tablet flat on the table between you.
